Les Enfants Terribles is a team of specialists from very different areas of organizational, team and personal development.
We have a lot of experience in the conception and moderation of various formats, in consulting on topics related to new work and digitalization and in accompanying transformation processes. And, of course, in training and competence development.
The methods with which we work in our own formats or with our customers are also applied internally for us. We use concepts from self-organization, sociocracy, systemic consulting, human centered work, the agile, the creative and the mindful. We all learn from each other – again and again.
